Medical Base Wigs
For Women With Alopecia or Complete Hair Loss
This one-of-a-kind cap design was created by Blend Bloom founder Olivia for women with complete hair loss，has full lace underneath (no wefts), medical-grade silicone to prevent slipping, and a silk top. The whole cap is purely hand-sewn.
Lace Top Wigs
Our lace tops are crafted with Swiss lace, delivering a flawless hairline and plenty of space for natural parting. The rest of the cap is lightweight and breathable, making it easy to wear for beautiful everyday looks. Designed for comfort, a secure fit, and versatility, this cap works for anyone, whether experiencing hair loss or not.
Additional option: A single layer of silk base underneath creates a realistic scalp appearance. Can be open silk or closed silk. Or you may choose to add it or leave it out. The version without the silk base is ideal for hot weather, offering greater scalp breathability, while adding this layer provides extra protection and improves the hair piece’s durability.
ADD ONS
Our wigs feature the internal construction shown above. However, you may select complimentary add-ons to customize your wig for your preferred fit. Options include clips, combs, and adjustable straps.
Lace Base Toppers
Lace toppers create a flatter profile at the crown. They are a great option for women experiencing mild hair loss or early-stage alopecia, or for anyone simply wanting a flatter look on top.

Silk Base Toppers
Silk toppers deliver a more realistic appearance at the crown. They are ideal if you have recurring gray hair or a sensitive scalp from alopecia. The silk top is a more durable choice and adds extra volume on top.
Custom Sizing
We offer custom sizing including small, medium and large bases, ranging from 5×3” to 9×9”. Certain sizes are fully made-to-order. Currently, we only stock the 5×3 and 8×8 bases for ready-to-ship items.
