Yes! All our wigs and toppers are crafted with high-quality 100% human hair, ensuring a soft, realistic texture that mimics natural hair. Unlike synthetic alternatives, our human hair products can be heat-styled (with tools set below 180°C/356°F), dyed (by a professional stylist), and styled just like your own hair for maximum versatility.

How do I determine the right size for a wig or topper?

For wigs, our standard cap size is 22.5 inches (medium), which fits most head shapes with adjustable straps for a snug, comfortable fit. For toppers, we offer various base sizes (including our popular 8x8 silk top base) to match different coverage needs. If you need a custom size, simply mention your measurements in the custom form or consult with our team during a virtual or in-person session—we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Can I style, dye, or cut my BlendBloom wig/topper?

Absolutely! Our human hair wigs and toppers are fully customizable. You can use heat tools (curling irons, flat irons) on low to medium heat, dye them (we recommend working with a professional stylist to preserve hair quality), and cut them to match your desired style. Do you offer wigs and toppers for clients with hair loss or medical conditions?

A hair topper (also known as a hair piece or top piece) is designed to cover specific areas of thinning hair (typically the crown, part line, or front hairline) and blends seamlessly with your natural hair. Toppers are perfect for clients with partial hair loss or thinning, allowing you to retain your existing hair while adding volume and coverage where needed.

Custom Order Questions

How do I place a custom wig/topper order?

Placing a custom order is easy! First, download our detailed custom form (link provided on our website) and upload your preferences (hair color, texture, length, base type, etc.). If you have questions about filling out the form or need guidance, you can book a free 30-minute virtual consultation with our founder Olivia or a BlendBloom team member, or visit one of our partner locations for an in-person consult. Our team will review your form and confirm details before starting production.

How long does a custom order take to complete?

All custom orders take an estimated 4–6 weeks to complete. Once your order is finished, we’ll send you a mock-up photo for confirmation, and we’ll also show you the final product before shipping it out. Delivery takes 2–3 business days after shipping. If there are any delays, we’ll notify you promptly using the contact information you provided.

What information do I need to provide for a custom order?

For individual clients, please provide your correct phone number or email address so we can reach you easily—you can upload this information through the custom form or send it via email. Our team will then contact you shortly with a code and payment link. Additionally, be sure to include details like hair color (photos help!), texture (straight, wavy, curly), length, base size, and any specific styling preferences in the form.

How do I book a virtual or in-person consultation?

You’ll enjoy a free 30-minute session with our founder Olivia or a BlendBloom team member, right from the comfort of your home. For in-person consultations, please check our Locations page and book directly with your preferred partner store. Consultations are conducted by our partner location professionals, and both walk-ins and pre-booked appointments are available, subject to the store’s operating hours and policies.

Is the virtual consultation free?

Yes! Our virtual consultations are completely free and last 30 minutes. During the session, our team will answer your questions, guide you through the custom order process, help you select the right product for your needs, and provide expert advice on styling and care.

Is there a fee for in-person consultations?

In-person consultation fees vary by partner location—please check the specific details for your preferred store on our homepage. Each partner location may offer both walk-in and by-appointment options, and all relevant information (including fees, availability, and booking instructions) is clearly displayed on our homepage, making it easy for you to plan your visit and choose the option that works best for you.

What does the partnership entail, and is there any upfront cost?

Our partnership is low-risk with full support! We operate on a commission-based model—there are no upfront procurement costs. We provide display and sales inventory, and you earn generous commissions on every sale. We also offer free comprehensive training with professional materials to help your team master key skills quickly, plus targeted traffic support by promoting your store as our “Official Partner” on our social media channels, directing local clients to book fittings and services with you.

How do I apply to become a BlendBloom partner?

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

For ready-made units, shipping takes 2–3 business days after your order is processed. For custom orders, shipping takes 2–3 business days after production is complete (please allow 4–6 weeks for production first). We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that PO boxes are not accepted—be sure to provide a physical address and phone number for smooth delivery.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your BlendBloom product! Ready-made wigs and toppers can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are tailored specifically to your preferences. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Are duties and taxes covered for international orders?

Yes, BlendBloom covers all duties and taxes for international orders. You won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery—what you see at checkout is the total price you’ll pay, with no hidden charges. We handle all customs paperwork and fees on your behalf, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world.


Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my wig/topper to make it last?

To extend the lifespan of your human hair wig/topper, treat it like your own hair: use gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, avoid harsh chemicals, and air-dry on a wig stand to maintain its shape. Brush gently with a wide-tooth comb or wig-specific brush to prevent tangling, and apply a small amount of hair oil to the ends after washing for added softness and luster. Avoid over-washing—we recommend washing every 10–15 wears or as needed. 

How long can I expect my BlendBloom wig/topper to last?

With proper care, our human hair wigs and toppers can last 5-6 years (or longer, depending on frequency of wear and maintenance). We have a one year warranty if hair sheds over 20% we will replace you a new one. Our premium construction and high-quality materials ensure durability and long-lasting wear, so you can enjoy your BlendBloom piece for years to come.

Can I swim or shower with my BlendBloom wig/topper?

While our human hair wigs and toppers are durable, we recommend avoiding swimming or showering with them whenever possible. Chlorine, saltwater, and hot water can damage the hair fibers, fade color, and weaken the cap construction over time. If you must wear your piece in water, we suggest wearing a swim cap over it to protect it from harsh chemicals and water damage. After exposure to water, rinse the piece gently with cool, clean water, apply a small amount of conditioner, and air-dry completely on a wig stand to prevent tangling and damage.

What comes along the order?

Every BlendBloom order comes with essential items to help you start enjoying your wig or topper right away! Along with your premium hair piece, you’ll receive a complimentary hair brush, a soft silk storage bag to protect your piece when not in use, and a care card tailored to your specific hair type and style. Hair band gift will only be applied to the swiss lace top wefted back wig collection.

Do you offer a warranty for BlendBloom products?

Yes, we provide a 1 year limited warranty on all our ready-made and custom wigs and toppers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as loose stitching, faulty cap construction, or hair shedding beyond normal levels over 20%. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, heat styling errors, dyeing, or regular wear and tear. If you believe your product qualifies for warranty coverage, please contact our customer service team with photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you with repairs or replacements promptly.
