Returns & Refunds Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted the following policies.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it:

- We only accept wrongly sent orders for return or refund without prior approval. 

-For other items: Products must **not have been worn (including being taken outdoors), used, sprayed with perfume or other substances**, must have intact label seals (not removed), retain original tags, must not have been cut, styled, or colored, and must be in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item to location based Toronto. 

Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels.

blendbloomextensions.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please ensure the information you provide is accurate. We will contact you to confirm details before shipping your order if necessary.

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind), the consumer shall bear the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.

 If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee.

To initiate a return, please contact us at blendbloomextensions@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our email response. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including: 

-Customized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items) – All customized hair orders are final sale (non-refundable and non-returnable) once placed. 

-Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) 

-Non-physical/virtual items (e.g., digital products, consultation fees) 

-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 

-Sale items and gift cards

Please note: Due to individual screen color calibration differences, the actual color of hair, tools, and accessories may vary slightly from the on-screen display. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, with intact label seals, original tags, and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and advise if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
