Hair Care & Wear Tips

• Purple shampoo and chemical  shampoos are strictly prohibited.

• Bleaching is not permitted; color results may vary when applying additional pigment over the existing shade.

• Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. When not in use, store the product in a hair organizer bag placed in a closet.

• Ensure the scalp is clean prior to wearing. Secure the wig gently, maintaining a fit that is neither overly tight nor loose.

• Do not expose the hair to intense heat exceeding 300°C.

• Hair Lifespan: 5-6 years. In the event of significant shedding (exceeding 20% of the total volume) within the first year (cuttted pieces excluded), please contact our customer service for warranty assistance. Retain this card as official proof of purchase.

• Warranty coverage is void if the product is damaged due to non-compliance with the aforementioned care and wear guidelines, including but not limited to bleaching, use of prohibited hair products, or exposure to excessive heat.
